the words of the water quality engineer who ran the tests.
The community well is a deep alluvial well which has always
provided great quality water. The drinking water filter is actually
un-necessary

the house. The rest is just the usual stuff for any house. I've spent
the last two years upgrading and repairing any possible thing I could so
as to make this place virtually maintenance-free for as long as possible
for the next owners. This place is the best house I have ever built, and I
am proud of it. I want it to be a great place to live for a very long
time.
