This house is simple and extremely
low-cost to operate.
The double paned windows in the living room result
in high energy efficiency for winter heating and summer cooling.
The trees are planted all around the house.
The native garden was a new addition last year.. Everything in them blooms! Although the plants
are still young, they got a good start and are well rooted. The beds are
made of a scientifically specified custom mix of organic ingredients
(13+ sq. yards!). They span over three sides of the house. This year,
everything is already three times bigger.
